Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only available for products that are faulty or not as described. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Faulty items will be inspected, and if deemed faulty, a full refund will be issued.

Exchanges and Gift Vouchers

If you change your mind or no longer want the item, we offer an exchange or a gift voucher equivalent to the purchase value. The item must be:

• Returned within 14 days of purchase, showing proof of purchase.
• In its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags      intact.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used in-store.
